i don't even have to view the video...

Because:

1) Corporations; like the "U.S."; are civilly dead entities; and,
2) There is NO "state" without living and breathing "people"; and,
3) No lawful "contract" or "compact" can exist without a "meeting of the minds"; which civilly dead entities can't have; and,
4) No living and breathing man pay any attention to "Karen Hudes", anyway...

so the video is a joke not worth watching.

Also I have about the same interest in the Wal-Mart Corporation's policies. In Fact Wal-Mart is not bankrupt...
