Article 2, Section 1,
All elections by the people shall be by secret BALLOT, But the BALLOTS shall not be counted in secret.

WHERE ARE THE BALLOTS. Electronic voting eliminates the ballots and the count is done inside a computer. very easy to hack.

That is exactly how the Michigan General Jural Assembly does it!
