Of course it does not go anywhere, that is a file to download, not a web page. Highlight the entire link and right click on it then select copy then paste it in the address bar then hit enter. Not the search bar, the address bar! It will open a download window.

i downloaded it and attempted to open and play a couple of times and received a message that the file could not be played
