I could not open the file so I am just posting the website url for anyone who wants to read it. It's about the Treaty of 1213, I've also heard it called the Treaty of Verona. It's about a contract made before Magna Carta, Pope Innocent the Third used to manipulate royalty, barons and anyone else who owned land to say it all belonged to Rome. I found it fascinating to read and to know.
