knowing in concept it is simple enough...however application is another story start your assembly locally...involve friends, family, neighbors to come together and discuss the importance of self governance at a local level up to the county level you find around you when you get to ~40 people to asse...

based on what i am getting from you ...it appears the assembly you are interacting with is not maintaining a constitutional jurisdiction???
